Symbols Manager
- SOLIDWORKS Electrical, by the default installation, comes with about 2,000 pre-built symbols. Again, I can just jump to my library tab and jump into my symbols manager. Again, this shows me the search option we've been using throughout for all the symbols we have available. Maybe I'll just remove the filters and see again, here's my about 2,000 pre-built symbols. In addition to this, we saw we can download thousands and thousands of additional symbols that are available online in the Electrical portal. But say we have some very specific customized symbols that we may need, that's maybe only specific to our company, and might not be available on the portal. So, in that case, of course, we can build all of our own symbols as well. So, to do this, maybe I'll first just filter down the classification a little bit. I'm going to jump into classifications, and maybe fuses and disconnects, and again here this is something that is very common, so of course I have a whole number of pre-built…
