Tolerance and precision

- [Narrator] Once you've populated your dimensions on your drawing or maybe at the time when you create them, you may want to edit the tolerances and the precision on a dimension. So, if I click on this dimension here and go over to the dimension property manager, you can see in the second area down, I have the tolerance/precision. So if we start right here with the tolerance first, right now, it says None. We can change that to all of the options below. Typically, I think people use either bilateral or symmetric as the most common. So, let's go with bilateral here, to plus 0.05 and minus 0.02, to create that bilateral dimension. And to make this a little bit simpler, I'm going to turn off my dual dimension. But you notice you can dual dimension with those tolerances as well. Second down is our precision, right now, we've got it set to the same as the document, but maybe we want to go to a more precise value because…
