Using construction lines to build robust sketches

This is a prime example of how to create a sketch and do it the wrong way. Now, looking at this, you can see that everything is fully defined, and the dimensions all look fairly good. The problem is, just look at how many dimensions we have. This sketch would be very difficult to update. You have a lot of repeating dimensions. You have a lot of things that need to change if this design is going to evolve. We can do the exactly the same thing, get the exact design and intent without using so many dimensions. We can start using some center lines, some construction geometry, some equal, or other type of relationships to define this shape way, way, way simpler. Let's start off from the very beginning. These two circles here are the same size. So instead of adding to the dimension two times, let's just go ahead and delete one of those, and add a relationship between this one, hold down Ctrl on that one, and let's say, hey, these are actually the same size, so equal.
