Using the exercise files

- If you're a premium member of the library you have access to the exercise files used throughout this course. Go ahead and download those files to your desktop. Double click the exercise files folder and you should have something that looks very similar to this. You can see we have it arranged by chapters. We also have the sample exam, the parts created in the sample exam, as well as some templates that I've pre-defined for you. If you open up each individual folder, say chapter two. In this case here I'm going to open up two point two. We have the starting version of the file as well as the finished version of the file, which ends in a underscore fin. And pretty much every one of the movies has corresponding files in the same format. If you look over here at the templates folder, I've given you a couple pre-formatted templates that are used throughout the exam. The ten twenty steel as well as the ten sixty aluminum are two of the most common materials that you'll see in the exams and they're pre-formatted with the right unit system as well as some pre-defined equations in there. And then, below that, I've given you a basic linked in assembly template, drawing template, as well as a part template. You're free to use those and modify them as you'd like. If you're a monthly member or annual member of the library, you don't have access to these exercise files. However you can follow along from scratch or create your own assets. Now let's get started.
