What you should know
- [Narrator] Just reviewing what you should know prior to starting the course, if you could have a look at my course, which is SOLIDWORKS: Simulation for FEA, that would be a really good grounding. Then we'd like you to have a basic familiarity with SOLIDWORKS geometry, and also a basic awareness of engineering concepts. What you should have would be the SOLIDWORKS simulation add-in. All we need for this course is the static analysis underneath the basic simulation. One little tip, though, is to remember to set up the simulation add-in and to make sure you set it to launch every time you open a SOLIDWORKS file up.
