- [Deepa] You've probably heard of databases since you were in grade school but how does the data get there? What can you do with the data that's stored there? How can you retrieve it, modify it, delete it? If you don't know the answers to those questions but want to learn, that's where I can help you. Hi, my name is Deepa Maddala, I'm a database developer, I've designed this course to get you up and running with database tables using the sequel language. I'll show you how to use the common statements in order to manipulate data within tables along with tips on transaction controls. While this isn't a fully comprehensive primer on sequel, it should help you get started and maybe answer some of your immediate questions regarding databases. So if you're ready to dive in, let's go ahead and get started.
