- [Instructor] In this video I'll walk you through some alternative preprocessing settings and show you a proven technique that will increase your odds of having a good cloud-to-cloud based registration through complete automation and no manual work. When learning this workflow clusters of five to 10 scans often work best and sometimes many more scans can successfully be registered with this technique. What I have here is FARO SCENE. I've already imported some scans from the Beaverton Round dataset, and what I'm going to do is just go ahead and preprocess those. So I've already saved the file, imported them and I've saved them. And now we're just going to move over here to the processing tab. So we're going to say Process Scans, and then we'll pick the top of the structure. You can either pick here or here. I'll go ahead and pick here because that's the container of the scans I want to preprocess. And Configure Processing up here at the top right. Now this is an update to the course…
