Navigation controls for viewing in 2D/3D
- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to learn how to navigate through your point cloud data in FARO SCENE, both from 2D and 3D vantage points in Perspective and Orthographic Camera Modes. We'll learn about the 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse for advanced navigation, and how to manage your computer's resources while viewing this robust data. Beginning in our data set that we've already registered, we can use the mouse to navigate in a few different ways. Let's look at the bottom here. We have different View Modes, we have Examine, Smart, Fly, Pan, and Walk. One at a time, the Examine Mode, with my left mouse, if I just click that, and I click and hold my left mouse on the screen, I can actually navigate around this center point. To have that show up or not show up is easily accessed by going to the Settings, and Switching the User Interface, and heading up here to Tools > Options.
