- [Voiceover] Now I understand that we all sometimes make mistakes and so I want to give you an example of what it would look like if you tried to create a reverse record for a host if you just didn't automatically create one, right. This is a bit of an edge case but I think it might be valuable for you. So to start I'm going to create an A record for one of the remaining ones that I haven't done yet which is dub dub dub and we're going to pop that in here one nine two dot one six eight dot three dot four is what we have on the other servers so we're being consistent. Oops, I didn't click the button right? So add host, great it was successfully created. I've got my A record but low and behold, there's no pointer record in here on that, what do I do? So what I can do here is I can right click on the reverse zone and I can say hey I want a new pointer record right here. The host IP address, put in right there. It automatically generates the fully qualified domain name in the correct…
