- [Instructor] The two key things about reports are what sample reports are available and how custom reports are created. All the tools provide a number of sample reports. Some provide a few dozen and other provides 100s. Most of the basic processes are covered by sample reports. Lists of sample reports are easy to discover online and actual examples of those sample reports are much, much rarer. All of the tools have methods to create custom reports and or schedule the distribution of existing reports. The next few slides show part of the customization process. For BMC you can create a custom report and also decide when that rich report is going to be scheduled for distribution. For EasyVista, there's an easy way to create custom reports and also distribute that according to a schedule.
