- [Instructor] So what kind of vendor supplied data or dashboards are available? Here, we'll note the data provided and give a dashboard example from each tool. Most of the tools we've talked about include some demo or sample data. But EasyVista doesn't provide demo data but ManageEngine does provide some choice list values like priority, category, and level, but no task oriented data like incidents, problems, or changes. The other four tools give between 10s and 1000s of sample records. All of the tools have some dashboards of varying complexity and coverage. The BMC example covers backlog and open test statistics for incidents, work orders, service request, and change requests in a very compact and informative dashboard. EasyVista provides several homepage templates. The IT health status example displays service availability. Other templates cover cost summaries, service desk incident indicators, asset device…
