This suggests there is always something there to measure. Here we're going to look at how our selected tool support metrics, key performance indicators, and dashboards. BMC has a large collection of out of the box key performance indicator reports. Dashboards are also supported, and the example here shows failed and successful work order executions by month. EasyVista provides default dashboards for many processes. Furthermore, you can configure a visualization widget for fields on that dashboard, like the example here that shows the widget for the number of incidents per week. Freshservice has a basic and advanced version for their analytics tool. Visual presentation widgets can be added to dashboards to show additional information.…
