- [Instructor] There are considerations beyond process-specific features that are significant in an ITSM tool examination. In this video, learn which considerations have been identified. For this course, these considerations are not related to process functionality. How tool A implements incident versus tool B just won't come up in this course. The formal reviews listed in the last video provide that kind of information. Consideration is something on your worry list as you think about automating the way you handle information technology service management. You should ask yourself, how important are metrics or data access or auditing? The list of considerations I settled on for this course is my personal worry list. It helped me navigate the capabilities of our six ITSM tools.
