- [Instructor] ITSM tools don't work in isolation. In this video, learn about the breadth of third-party software products that bolt on to an ITSM tool to extend its reach. Integrations come in many categories. Here's a selection of categories and some example third-party products for each ranging from Flexera to synchronize your CMDB, to Stack to support working teams. But to be specific, each ITSM tool has a defined list of available integrations. That's where you can confirm that your ITSM tool of choice has an integration to the third party utility you want. The fact that there are so many prebuilt integration underscores the breadth and variety of the ITSM tool ecosystem.
