- [Instructor] One of the things that I particularly like about SharePoint and in fact, Office 565 in general is the ability that you have to live co-edit files in libraries. As I hope you've experienced, there are online versions of the most popular office applications. Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Letting your users co-edit files can really speed up your workflow. If people don't have to wait their turn to make changes to a document, but can go in and work on their bit whenever they need to, everyone will be able to get done sooner. And when you're live co-editing, you can even see who's in the file and exactly what they're changing in real time. However, I have to be honest. There are times when this doesn't work out quite as well as it could.
