- [Instructor] I want to edit the employee orientation PowerPoint, and when I have it selected, not only do I have an open link here on this menu, which allows me to open it in the desktop or online, but I also have a link that appears here on the command bar, which is nice. And I'm going to open this in PowerPoint Online here in the browser. And note that I'm not the only person editing. Actually, our administrator for SharePoint is also editing this document. This is called co-authoring, or co-editing, and what this means is that multiple users can be editing a document at the same time. And this is supported for the office documents. It's also supported whether we're using the browser-based version of the Office application, PowerPoint Online, Word Online, and so on, or whether we are using the desktop version.
