- [Narrator] What is hybridization? If your organization is considering having SharePoint in The Cloud, there are things to look into. Do the users need to have SharePoint Online? Do they need access to SharePoint from The Cloud? If you have SharePoint Online already, is there any need to integrate any of the services with your on-premises SharePoint implementation? For the users that are using SharePoint in The Cloud, do they need to have a seamless search, login or storage experience? If the answer to those last two questions is yes, you may want to consider hybridization. If you do need to integrate SharePoint Online with SharePoint on-premises, there are some things to consider. There are only a limited number of features available that could integrate between your on-premises implementation and SharePoint Online.
