- [Instructor] We've been focusing on understanding our spreadsheet data, but what about documents or files in a library? How do we tease out metadata information on that? Well, good news. It's a little less obvious than a sales report, but you actually have more information about it than you think. The biggest clue about how people are using the information is that awful folder structure that currently exists. Surprise! You see, your audiences is already trying to classify and stage the information in ways that'll make it easier for them to retrieve. You just need to take that and rationalize it. So let's take a look at this example. Now, our mythical company has got documents stuffed into a bunch of folders on their network. Looking at this, what conclusions can we start making?
