- [Phil] Okay, you made it. We've reached the end of this course on SharePoint data management. We started by spending some time talking about changing our data paradigm, about moving away from the old model of files and folders, to using metadata to help us organize and retrieve information. We then took a look at the challenges that many people have while working with data in SharePoint, and how those could be avoided. We discussed analyzing data and setting up a data schema. We then took a look at how all this theoretical stuff actually plays out in SharePoint, both in lists, and in libraries. We explored the flexibility of views, and talked about how you can stage them to make them more accessible to your users.
