- [Instructor] Obviously, having version history for files doesn't do any good if ya can't get the old versions back, right? Good news, it's really simple to do in SharePoint. In your library, start by selecting the file that you want to work with. So we'll select this one. Now, have I mentioned in this course yet that SharePoint likes redundancy? There's almost always more than one way to do things. So, to look at version history, we can click the ellipses up here in the menu bar, and select version history there. We can also click the ellipses here, and select version history here. Now, either way, you're going to wind up in the same place, which is this screen right here, and you can see how many versions are currently saved, what the version number is, who saved them, and when. Now, if ya float over the versions, you'll see this little down arrow here, and if ya click that, you get some options, action that you can…
