- [Instructor] Once we have confirmed that all necessary SharePoint services have been installed and are running, and we have all our prerequisites in place, it's time to run the Hybrid Picker. So to do this, we actually can do it right from Central Administration on our SharePoint server, all right? So here I'm still on my SharePoint server. I'm going to click to go back to Central Administration. You'll notice, because it recognized that I had everything in place, I actually get this extra little bar at the top that says Unleash the full potential by enabling Hybrid experiences. But I'm not going to click on that there. I want to show you, because you may not actually be getting that yet on your end, I am going to show you that down near the bottom, under Office 365, I can launch the Hybrid Configuration Wizard, okay? Which is otherwise known as the Hybrid Picker. So I'm going to click on that now and go ahead and run it.…
