Sorting and grouping results in a view

- [Instructor] Now, as we said in the previous video, views allow you to sort on multiple levels of data. Now this helps delivering information to your users in ways that will be useful to them. Not only can you customize sorting, you can also group data by type, creating an almost folder-like appearance without the drawback of folders. Let's use this to create our new view. Now the first thing to do is give it a name and I always recommend a clear language name because it makes it easier to figure out which one you want. So we want salesmen by customer. That's what this list is going to be. Do we want this to be the default view? Maybe but not actually at this point. You have the option but right now, it's not important. Make it a private view, visible only to you. Well, that sort of defeats the purpose of what we're trying to do. So the answer to that is no. We'll leave it as a public view. Now, what columns do we…
