- A couple of the classic applications integrate directly with Microsoft Outlook and I'd like to show you how that works because it's a very powerful feature. Here's a calendar that has items on it that are of interest to the entire staff, for example, launch day, which is coming up, casual Friday, we have our all staff meeting. And one way that I can make sure everyone has access to this information is I can invite people to all of these different events. But there's really no need for me to do that because I can maintain this calendar for all staff and allow all of our employees to connect to this calendar and keep it in Outlook themselves. I can do the same thing with the contacts list so rather than making a contacts group or a contacts list and emailing that to someone I can simply create a contacts list in Outlook that could then be shared in exactly the same way, through synchronization.
