- [Instructor] Now that we have a better understanding of the data on our spreadsheet, it's time to ask some more questions. What do people need to do with the information you're collecting? How do they need to access it, look it up, report on it? Let's think of it about what kinds of information people will need to know about sales. In many cases, there will be more than one audience. Different groups of people will be looking for different things in the data. The marketing people might want to know how many of what products sold so they can design sales campaigns around that, the financial people will want to know how much money is outstanding for product delivery. The shipping people might want to know how long it's taking the ship from the time the order is received and so on and so on and so on.
