Rich: Arrival times, Amy are incredibly important, and when it comes to a crew, arrival times are critical right. Amy: Absolutely, I mean you gotta have the right people on the set at the right time and sometimes you even want to stagger your crews. So there are certain people you need for parting the setup, but you don't necessarily need to call the sound person up front or the make-up person. So you might want to have some staggered start times. That'll help you out with your wrap times and keep you off overtime. Rich: Yeah, and one of the things I like to point out is, you have to think about sort of building it around you a bit. And I don't mean from a self-centered way. But I think it's important that you make a clear determination of when you're going to arrive on set. Sometimes I'll arrive after some my crew. Maybe I'm juggling things or I need to meet with the client or I'm trying to balance out some of the issues. And I'll arrive after the director of photography gets there…
