And now I'm here with my lighting guy Greg, and I just want to go over a couple of the tools that we're using in addition to the lights to help us control our lights. You guys will recall in some of my other courses before, where we talked about lighting I told you that lighting is as much about shadows as it is about light. It's not just about where you put the light, but it's about where you don't have light. That becomes important. So, one of the things that Greg rigged up here above us is a flag. So, right up here on this light that's shining on me, my key light, we've got a flag to keep this key light from spilling onto our background and messing up the effect that I have going on with this yellow slash behind me. So, what the flag does is simply block out light. It's nothing complicated. It's just a solid black piece of material also sometimes referred to as a solid.
