Now I want to start off talking about the normal lens which is one of the most common lenses we're going to come across. Now before I get into this conversation, I want to make sure that we understand that all of these focal lengths that I'm going to be talking about for this series deal with 35mm full frame. So if I'm talking about a 50mm lens and it's optical characteristics, I'm talking about the way it appears. 35 millimeter, full frame and it might appear a little bit different on your camera if you have a crop sensor and that's another movie and topic we'll definitely cover in the future.
