Rich: For just a second we want to get a bit scientific. And Amy, you have some techniques that really help you understand how your interview subject thinks, right? Amy: It's true. I learned this actually from someone who is in the business of teaching attorneys how to work with juries and how to read juries. And what I learned is that there's a field called neuro-linguistic programming. One of the things that it teaches you is that most people are some combination of auditory, visual or kinesthetic learners. So one of the things you can do to find that out is at a couple of quick questions. One them might be, is the red or the green at the top of the traffic light, or how many trees are there in your front yard. What color are your mother's eyes, think of your favorite piece of music. Rich: And by doing these things Amy, it's not so much about the answers they give, but how they think about it, and then they give you the answer, right?
