- [Instructor] We're going to add SEO information to our Shopify products. For the most part, these changes will affect the search engine results page. Also called a SERP. That's what we're looking at right now. At the top of the SERP there's usually ads on top. And you can tell from something that says ads or sponsored. Sometimes, for very popular terms, you'll see featured snippets. Which is where Google thinks they have a definitive answer, which they share. After the ads and featured snippets, you'll see organic listings. Organic is the term in the search engine marketing world for listings that aren't paid. And you'll see a title, description and a URL. Sometimes you'll see extra information like an image, price or star rating. You can't tell Google what to display on the search engine page, but you can make suggestions. And most of the time Google will display your suggestions to the person who is searching.…
