- [Instructor] As a store owner, you want to be clear with your customers. And of course, you don't want to get stuck in legal issues. That's why it's a good idea to have a refund policy, a privacy policy and a terms of service on your site. Shopify makes it really easy to create and maintain all of these. Let's go to our admin. And then we can go to settings. And then legal. Here we can see a placeholder for our refund, privacy, terms of service and even a shipping policy. Let's click create from template. And we can see they've added some nice template language here. Create from template for a privacy policy. And create from template under terms of service. And they'll automatically add placeholders for your business name. Let's go ahead and save these. And let's take a look at what they look like on the front end.
