I've been using and teaching music notation software since I was a teenager. I've worked with many notation applications throughout my life and I settled with Sibelius about 15 years ago. I have a passion for notation and Sibelius is one of my favorite tools. In this course I'll walk you through the fundamentals of using Sibelius. You'll receive a detailed overview of the Sibelius interface, a through introduction to creating your own scores, inputting notes and other objects, and information and tips about editing, saving, and printing. Most important throughout this course you'll gain an understanding of how Sibelius thinks so that you can begin to use more advanced features on your own and be successful with them.
