Pasting lyrics into Sibelius

- [Instructor] If you have lyrics that are already typed into a text document, you can copy the lyrics from the text document and paste them into Sibelius. There are two ways to do this and we'll discuss both ways in this video. The first scenario that you might encounter is if you have a text file that contains hyphenated lyrics. In my own work, I've been in this position a few times, receiving hyphenated lyrics from clients. So it's good to know how to best handle hyphenated lyrics by copying them and then pasting them into Sibelius one by one, note by note. This can be tricky if you make a mistake during the pasting process, but after a bit of practice, it can be a very quick and easy way to input syllabified, already hyphenated lyrics from a text file.
