Determining the right interface elements to put it all together

- [Instructor] We've dealt in the structure and how it relates to design from the information architecture down to the page level interface. Let's take a look at what we've covered so far. We've taken a look at a content inventory and determined what the navigation and main pages of the site will be. We diagrammed the top level pages into an IA diagram. We then did a mini flow diagram for the login part of the site. We also explored some layout iterations based on the page level navigation categories. After talking to customers, they preferred a layout mostly focused on health, so I revised the design to highlight articles and included a health check up quiz and other health related modules. This design matched to goals our arch types had around trying to find health related information for their pet. Now if this was real project, the next thing we would want to do is take this design and start to create an interactive prototype to test the navigation. User input is integral in…
