The power of flow in interaction design
(upbeat music) - User experience is more than just interface design. It's about designing processes. To make the invisible visible, we create diagrams to guide our design into an end to end experience flow. Diagrams help us design systems and processes, organize our screens, while facilitating a common understanding of the big picture. Hi, I'm Diane Cronenwett. I'm an experienced UX Designer with a background in designing complex flows. In this course, I'll introduce you to some common diagrams, provide detail into when to use them, and how to construct them to gain a better understanding of this very common UX deliverable. We'll deep dive in a case study examples of user experience and map out the flows with granularity. So please join me in this Interaction Design journey as we delve into the world of diagramming complex flows.
