Adding the work surface
- [Instructor] Chapter 7 09 we're adding the work surface and the work surface coming around this bend and it's going to go along this bit. You have your cooker to drop in, cooker hood to put in, and we can make or you can use the fridge that I've created as a component, and drop that in as well, depending on how adventurous you're feeling. Now we've got a few decisions to make regarding our work surface. Does it have a rounded edge? Or does it have a chamfered edge? More angled? And that's entirely up to you. I'm going to put in a chamfered edge because I'm assuming I've got some sort of marble workshop and it often has a chamfered edge as opposed to a rounded one. But it really does depend on what type of surface you want. It seems we did rounds for this one, I'll just show you how to chop a corner off something in Sketch-Up. So, rectangle tool first, and we've got this profile, as our guide, so I'll just draw a rectangle from that corner down to that corner. And then I shall…
