Apply material using a Mac
- [Instructor] Applying materials on a Mac is going to look differently than applying them on a Windows PC machine. So if you're a Windows PC user, feel free to skip to the videos on applying materials in Windows. But Mac users, let's add some color and texture to our model. First, let's open up the Materials window by clicking on the paint bucket icon here or your keyboard shortcut letter B. In our Materials window, there are a few icons here that will allow us to get a different color, but what we're going to look at is the last icon, which is this brick, which is going to be our Materials area. The first one we're looking at is our Colors and Model and it's looking pretty empty, because we just have the default color applied to the faces. But if we use the dropdown menu, you can see that there's a lot of different default materials available in SketchUp. First, let's go to the brick and the siding. And we're going…
