Creating copies and an array

- [Instructor] There are a few different ways to create copies in SketchUp. The first way is using the copy and paste commands that will work much like other software programs. To do this, using the select tool. You can click on the object that you'd like to make a copy of. In this case, this chair. With it selected, I'm going to go to the edit drop down menu and choose edit, copy, and then go back to edit and choose paste. Now it's attached to my cursor and I can click and release to set it down wherever I'd like. I can also use the keyboard shortcut. On a Mac, that's going to be command C to copy and command V to paste. On a windows machine that's going to be control C and control V to copy and paste. But I'm going to go ahead and go to edit undo, and I'm going to show you how to use the move tool to create copies instead. And it's going to have an added bonus of creating multiple copies, evenly spaced.…
