Creating textures from scratch: Mac
- [Instructor] So Ch_05_07, we're going to be creating textures from scratch using a Mac, and the process is pretty simple. We've got a slightly different interface than the Windows, but if we go to Window and Materials then that will bring this one up. I've also got the large tool set open as well, and the Ch_05_07 exercise file if you have access to those. So last time we created a list, so my favorite textures from the list. So New and then My Favorite Textures, and we've got this open, so that's this icon. Make sure you're on that icon, otherwise it's the color sliders. And then we got to the Color drop-down, and Create New Texture. That then opens up the finder, and if you have access to the exercise files in Chapter 5, you will find these. All the textures we're going to be using for this project. So the ones with the S are the lower res ones, just in case that helps.
