Cut openings using Intersect with Model and the clipboard

- [Instructor] After you group your windows, you'll notice that the walls seal themselves up, and we can no longer see out of the windows. The reason for this is that the edges that define the window now belong to the window group, and they can no longer be used in the wall to indicate where the opening should go. To fix this situation, select the window group. Right-click on it and choose Intersect Faces With Model. This will generate new edges wherever this group intersects with the rest of the model, namely the wall. To see these new edges, let's select the window again, and hide it. There they are. Now these edges are not in the wall group. They're just in the original modeling context. Next, I need to move these edges into the wall group. To do that, let's make a selection. And select those edges, and then choose Edit, Cut, so they go onto the clipboard.
