- [Instructor] Right now the walls are painted with the photo texture. So this represents the original wall material. This is a group which contains the faces representing that wall. And the faces contain the photo textures. That group is on a layer called wall. And you can verify that by toggling that layer off and on. So this wall represents the original paint color. I will just rename this Wall - Original for clarity. Then create a new layer called Wall - New. And let's go ahead and duplicate the existing wall by selecting it, choosing edit, copy. And then following that up immediately with edit, paste in place. That creates a duplicate in the same location. Then change the layer of the duplicate, which is still selected, to Wall - New. And then click off to the side. To verify that that worked, it's necessary to toggle the layers off and back on. So there's the new wall and there's the original wall. So let's just turn on the new wall and leave the original off for now. And now we…
