- [Male Narrator] So, we've reached the end of our drawing. We have now got our cover page done, we have got our plans and sections, and our details. So, all we need to do now is send these off to our client. The easiest way to generate a PDF from this is to export to PDF, so File, and then Export to PDF. What that will do is ask us to save it somewhere. I've already done this job, so we've got a 1.91 Meg file, three times A2 sheets, so that's not bad at all. So, just click on Save. You get your dialog box, we've done this previously, and you choose the output resolution, you choose the compression, whether you want to create PDF layers from the LayOut Layers, that's entirely up to you. You get more control of the drawing then. And whether you want to show the export in the PDF Viewer. So, we say OK, export. I'll overwrite the existing files so we get to see what they look like and then we get the files. So, I'll just zoom…
