Making the armature hinge pin
- Chapter 508, we're going to finish off by making this hinge pin. I'll just have a run through of the other bits that I did. This pin that we fixed originally to the spring, I've actually moved it by just dragging it from the small spring to the base arm. So it's now sort of embedded into this one. This one I've also embedded into the rear arm because it's just easier to adjust the tops of the springs later on when we start articulating the lamp. This one is embedded in the hinge, and at the top I've got this and this one both embedded into the top arm. So that's what I did. I used the outliner to drag these things to the various places. I also saved them out as their individual pin names. Back to this, with the circle tool I'm just going to be around somewhere here and then hit the back arrow to orientate it into the green direction. I just check the green direction.
