- [Instructor] Our next job is to model the dormer walls. I'll orbit and off to the side somewhere I'll draw a rectangle of some arbitrary size about that large, press P, pull that up. Press the space bar, triple click on the object and press G to make a group and then press M for move and move this object up from the upper midpoint and snap that right here. Then press S for scale and scale this object back some short distance back away from the barge boards because there will a roof overhang. Then go to Photo 1 and zoom in. Click the bottom grip and move that down and then before clicking on the side grip, hold down the option key and that will allow you to scale about the center. If you're in Windows, you would hold down the control key. And then click on this grip an you can scale the opposite sides evenly. Now, it's not really showing up in a way that works perfectly, so there's some combination of the width and the scale here that's going to work the best. So, I'm going to scale…
