Rotating an object

- [Instructor] Just like many actions in SketchUp there is more than one way to rotate an object. First is using the move tool. Click the letter M or the icon up here to activate the move tool. When I hover over various objects in my model, I can see these red cross hairs appear, or these red plus signs. Sometimes it helps to orbit over an object to see those red plus signs a little bit more clearly. These will allow me to rotate an object on center. So if I click and release on one of those cross hairs and move my cursor, I can see that the object begins to rotate. Sometimes objects can feel a little bit jittery when you're rotating them, but it's helpful if you move your cursor out and swing wide when rotating, and now it's going to allow me to move it more smoothly.
