What you should know
- [Instructor] To begin this course, you should have SketchUp Pro downloaded onto your computer. It's available for purchase from sketchup.com where a free 30-day trial is also available. Upon opening SketchUp for the first time you'll be prompted with a sign-in screen. If you signed up for a subscription, you can sign in, or if you've purchased a license, then you'll need to add that in the space provided for your license. You can do both of these actions by clicking on the profile icon here. I'm going to go ahead and log in and open SketchUp. Just to note, I will be teaching the majority of this course on a Mac computer. However, there will be optional and additional content for Windows users, as there are some differences between a Mac operating system and a Windows operating system in SketchUp.
