- Chapter seven-o-six working with vector lines in LayOut. I'm just going to show you how we can quickly enhance this by using the Pencil tool, the Lines tool, and the Rectangle tool, and any other tool and maybe the Circle tool to fill in some of this stuff. I'mma explain why using this thing is not as easy as you might think. So I'm doing it using my scale at the bottom so I can zoom in quickly to that area. So if I was to use the Drawing tool what actually happens with these lines is that this boundary, the one that surrounds this backfill and this one here which is one that surrounds the earth, they will have a separate line for each. Okay, now in this case it doesn't really matter because they're both the same shape but if we come to this bit line here... And there's a small line which is for this.
