Zoom tools
- [Instructor] Zooming in and out is an important tool in navigating your 3D model. There are a few different ways to do this. This icon here is the Zoom tool, and it allows you to move the camera forward and backward by clicking and dragging. However, we don't have control over the spot in our model in which it zooms to. A more efficient way to zoom is to use the middle scroll wheel of your three-button mouse to zoom. You can roll the wheel downward to zoom out and roll it upward to zoom in. You can choose an area to zoom into by placing your cursor over that area and rolling your mouse upward or downward. The same action can be done with your laptop track pad using two fingers by placing them on the track pad and moving them up and down to zoom. If you'd like to zoom out quickly and see everything in your drawing, you can use the Zoom Extents action, and that icon is here, the magnifying glass with red arrows coming out of it. That will zoom us out completely, and we see everything…
