Add doorways and windows

- [Instructor] There are two ways to add window sills and headers. The first is to draw a line across the thickness of the wall to separate the face and pull the header or sill across. So first let's measure the header of this doorway here. This front doorway is going to be, six foot eight inches tall. So you can use your tape measure T for tape, and either use a guideline or a guide point, both will work. I'm going to click and release on the floor and create a guideline and type six foot eight enter. And it will create an intersection here, on the outside of the wall. If you're not seeing an intersection, be sure that when you create the guideline, you're running straight up the blue axis or else it won't be in line with the wall. Now I'm going to use my line tool L for line, and click on the intersection and run right along that green axis to slice through that face where the doorway thickness is. So I can see that I've…
