Walking around the model
- [Instructor] The Walk tool is a great way to move through your model without disappearing into a wall. The Walk tool is found under Camera, Walk. Or in your large tool palette under View, Tool Palettes, Large Tool Set. It's this icon here, the two feet. To use the Walk tool, I can click and drag in my model. And you can see that it hops up on top of geometry, but will not go through a wall. So this is really helpful if your eye-height is at a human scale. So you can see in the lower right-hand corner I'm right at 14 feet right now. So I'm going to type five foot six, Enter to stand as though I were walking through my model. And I can click and drag and move my cursor in the direction I'd like to walk. But as you can see, it is not allowing me to move through walls. So if you have trouble accidentally bumping into walls as you're working on your model and moving through them, you can also use the Walk tool to…
