- [Instructor] Toward the end of every interview the interviewer will ask you if you have any questions. Never ever say no. Studies have shown that employers measure an applicant's interest in the job by the fact they ask questions. Asking questions shows that you've done the research and you're curious for more information about the company and the job. Smart job applicants prepare several questions days before the interview and have them handy in their notes. The questions you end up asking will, in part, be determined by the flow of the interview. You obviously don't want to ask about information that's already been discussed, but it's okay to ask for more details. Remember an interview is a two-way street. Not only is the company looking to see if you fit their needs, but you should be looking to see if the company fits yours.
